Aesthetics Crown Lengthening with Anterior Gingival Depigmentation: A Case Report

Background: Crown lengthening (CL) is a perio–aesthetic treatment to gain an ideal proportion of teeth and gingiva, depigmentation treat gingival hyperpigmentation.
 Objective: To describe the altered passive eruption (APE) with CL procedure using scalpel scraping technique.
 Case Report: A 21-year-old man presented complaint short maxillary front brownish gum. Intraoral examination revealed disproportionate tooth size hyperpigmentation in mandibular anterior regions. procedures were performed one visit. In epithelial tissue was removed from mucogingival junction up interdental papilla. At one-week follow-up, gingiva still reddish. After four weeks, healed, there no re-pigmentation.
 Conclusion: are treatments that improve achieve better aesthetics.
